Deploy the iVedha Managed Elasticsearch Platform
Use the exact offer and plan approved by your procurement and platform teams. The available fields can vary by plan, so the deployment form is authoritative for the instance you are creating.
Before you begin
You need:
- completed Marketplace prerequisites;
- approved values from deployment planning;
- permission to create the managed application and required role assignments;
- the approved offer link or verified publisher, offer, and plan identity.
Create the managed application
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Open the approved Marketplace offer.
- Verify the publisher is iVedha and the application name is iVedha Managed Elasticsearch Platform.
- Select the approved plan, then select Create.
- On Basics, select the subscription, application resource group, and region recorded in your planning worksheet.
- Complete the workload, capacity, and topology fields shown by the plan.
- Select the approved public or private network model. Enter only the domains, network values, contacts, and tags approved for this deployment.
- Configure the maintenance, licensing, or identity fields that are present in the selected plan. Do not enter a secret into a free-text or tagging field.
- Select Review + create.
- Resolve every Azure validation error. Review pricing, terms, permissions, and the managed resource group settings.
- Select Create once the review is correct.
Confirm Azure accepted the request
Azure should create a deployment record and the managed application resource. Record:
- subscription and application resource group;
- managed application resource ID;
- deployment name and region;
- selected plan and configuration;
- deployment operation or correlation ID;
- creation time.
Azure acceptance does not mean Elasticsearch is ready. Continue with follow deployment status.
Warning
Do not edit resources in the managed resource group while provisioning is in progress. A manual change can be denied or can make the deployment unrecoverable.
